Return policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange an exchange or refund for unused items. The receipt for the item and its original packaging are required for any exchange or refund. Please keep this receipt as proof of purchase to assert product warranties.

Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 30 days of the date of purchase, in any restaurant or directly with the head office at 418-407-6033. Make sure you have your receipt in hand and keep the original packaging, if applicable.

In the event of an exchange or return by mail, Archibald will not pay the transportation costs of any returned item, unless there is a prior agreement for items purchased online or by phone.

If you wish to cancel an order which has already been sent to you, please note that the transport costs remain applicable and must be paid by the customer.

We do not accept returns of used items and gift cards. Please note that any modified or transformed item cannot be returned or exchanged.


 

Shipping

Shipping times are around 7-10 working days for most items available on the store.
